One of the quirky things Utah is known for is....FRY SAUCE! It was first invented in 1948 by Gary Roberts, President of Artic Circle restaurants. In 2002, there was even a fry sauce pin created for the Salt Lake Olympics. The basic recipe is: 1 part ketchup to 2 parts mayonnaise.I LOVE FRY SAUCE!!!
