This is a picture of the Salt Lake Public Library which opened in February 2003. It is a beautiful building of a very unique design. The building is also more than just a library. It has shops and other services on the ground level, a 300 seat auditorium, and a roof-top garden. It is a six-story building with a curving walkable wall and many open spaces and windows that overlook the entire city.
The first picture is of the inside of building and the second picture is from outside on the plaza. In the second picture you can see the curving staircase that leads to the roof-top garden.
